How can I get a copy of my Maryland tax return?

To obtain a copy of your tax return, please send us a written request. Your request can either be mailed or faxed to us. Please include your name, address, Social Security number, the tax year you are requesting and your signature. If you are requesting a copy of a joint return, then the information should include both taxpayers and their signatures.
