Certified mail If you wish to send your return by certified mail, keep in mind that it will not result in special handling by the Comptroller's Office. Due to mail delivery arrangements with the U.S. Postal Service, it may even take longer to process and could delay any refund that you may have coming to you. Overnight mail If you wish to send your items by overnight mail, your overnight mail vendor should use the following address:
