Spotlight on Maryland

Mailing Instructions

You must mail all of your Maryland income tax forms and payments to the following address when using the U.S. Postal Service:

Comptroller of Maryland
Revenue Administration Division
110 Carroll Street
Annapolis, Maryland 21411

Certified mail

If you wish to send your return by certified mail, keep in mind that it will not result in special handling by the Comptroller's Office. Due to mail delivery arrangements with the U.S. Postal Service, it may even take longer to process and could delay any refund that you may have coming to you.

If you wish to send your items by a private delivery service (such as FedEx or UPS) instead of the U.S. Postal Service, use the following address:

Comptroller of Maryland

80 Calvert Street
