Use Tax Due Date

Use tax payments are due on the 20th of the month following a three-month period during which the purchase was made.

Purchase Period	Due Date
January - March	April 20
April - June	July 20
July - September	October 20
October - December	January 20

If the due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, then the use tax return would be due on the next business day.
